COVID-19 Safety Measures
As of Saturday 4th July, the doors of Halo have reopened for select appointments, including hair. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implimented strict safety measures to ensure your safety and comfort during your visit to the salon. These are mostly changes our staff are making but we do request you follow a few steps to also ensure the safety of other visitors, as well as yourself and our staff.
The team will be wearing face coverings and when you arrive.
We will ask you to kindly use our sanitisation station to clean your hands. Please don’t be offended; it’s simply so we keep the inside of Halo as clean as possible throughout each day.
If weather permits and if it's warm enough, we may place some seats just outside the door (if the sun is shining). We will only do this if the salon shows signs of welcoming too many people at once, but we will do our best to prevent this through our booking system.
When you arrive, we will guide you to your sanitised styling station where your disposable towel will be set out.
Where possible, we will check you out from your station, but as always, if you wish to book another appointment or purchase a product after your service, we will ensure the reception area is clear for your turn.
You will notice we will be using a green and red signal system so you will know what has been sanitised.
We will be undertaking pre-appointment consultations when necessary to ensure we have the correct service booked out for each guest and we can plan our time so that we do not run over and create situations of too many people in the salon at one time.
We will be temporarily pausing our refreshment service, so encourage you to bring tea or coffee.
Lastly, we will be working extended hours to ensure we can accommodate as many customers as we can while remaining socially distant throughout the day.
