Halo Question Time: Jade Edwards
This week in the Halo Question Time chair we catch up with Jade, who has recently left as the smiling face of Halo's front desk to continue her learning as a hair stylist. Jade, take it away!
How did you find yourself among the Halo Angels?
Through the Central Training Academy.
What can you remember of your first day at Halo?
I remember my first day. Over 6 years ago the salon had just basically opened and I can remember how beautiful the salon was and how nice everyone was.
What has been an invaluable piece of information or guidance you have received or passed on?
Knowledge of our products There is so much to learn and I learn every day and will pass it onto clients to ensure them that they have the best service
Halo is a busy salon but it also looks great fun. How do you balance your work with play?
I don’t think I have to balance fun and working as working at Halo is fun!
What has been your most favourite event you’ve attended since working at Halo?
I loved going to the Label M event as I just started hairdressing and I loved seeing all the hairstyles on the catwalk.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients happy.
Complete this sentence: Halo is…
A fun, happy and enjoyable place to work.
Can you share a secret Halo tip?
Bouncy blowdrys! I use Boost Spray by Eufora before a blowdrying with a round brush starting at the top so dry hair doesn't lay on wet hair. Extra root lift!
Thank you, Jade, for taking the time to sit in the Question Time chair. We wish you the best of luck with your learning and look forward to watching you grow into the great stylist you will soon be.
Join us next week when another member of the salon will be in the spotlight. If you have a suggestion of who you would like to read about next week, let us know on Facebook.
