Information We Collect
We collect information about you when you book an appointment for a service or treatment, visit the salon or barbershop for a service or treatment, buy a product or apply for a job, whether contact is online, on paper, by email or over the phone.
The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, relevant history which may suggest that a service or treatment should not go ahead or certain products should not be used (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions), payment and transaction information, IP address and CVs.
For clients under the age of 16, we will only keep and use their personal information with the consent of a parent, carer or guardian.
At each visit to our site we may automatically collect the following information:
a) technical information, your browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system and platform;
b) information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); website pages you viewed; page response times, length of visits to certain pages and methods used to browse away from the page.

In addition, the Site is protected by a SSL Certificate ensuring that all information you provide via the Site, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted over the internet. Therefore, in the extremely unlikely event that this information should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.
Do not send credit/debit card details via standard email, as this is not secure. In the unlikely event of unauthorised credit/debit card use please be sure to contact your card issuer immediately as per your contractual arrangement with them.
The information that you submit to us via the Site is stored on servers in a secure location. The location of our servers is subject to change. Your information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT FOR
Unless you request deletion, your information, including relevant client history (eg allergy test records) will be kept on our system for an undisclosed period of time.

We use external providers to keep your information safe. Information provided to us in-salon is stored within the European Economic Area on secure servers provided by Intelligent Salon Software Ltd, trading as Salon IQ (Company Number: 08042435).
Online payment data is processed by two registered third parties located in the US. We put measures in place to ensure these organisations are secure and their own privacy policy work alongside the promises made in our own. These organisations employ firewalls to protect against intruders, build redundancies throughout the network, as well as transmit payment information using HTTPS encryption, alongside maintaining a PCI DSS certification.
Location
The information that you submit to us via the Site is stored on servers in a secure location, under the Squarespace Inc. and Google infrastructure. The location of our own servers is subject to change. Your information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
